A small beer for when life calls for small intervals.

There’s absolutely nothing even remotely traditional about this beer. Sort of. Depends how you want to look at things. In terms of lager orthodoxy, we’re way out of bounds. Granted. But in terms of intention and intended use? Squarely in the “beer” sweet spot. Drink one, drink eight, you’ll have a good time either way, without too much damage done.

People always assume low gravity beer requires all sorts of crutches, weird ingredients and processes, monk fruit, that sort of nonsense. Nope. Usually all you gotta do is the same stuff, but smaller. Finding new scales by playing between the notes you’re used to, to put it another way. That’s what we did here. A cute little pilsner base with the hop bill of a pale ale grafted right on top of it. Hopped entirely with Oregon-grown varieties from Indie Hops for notes of orange, whiffs of dankness, and an underlying floral note that ties the room together.
